Rules & Regulations of the school

Regarding Admission:

For admission in Class V to IX Application Form are given in the month of December of every year.

Transfer Certificate (T.C.) of the previous school has to submit.

Photocopy of Birth Certificate as the proof of age have to submit.

 

School Timing:

School timing is from 10:35 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Saturday 10:35 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Prayer-assembly starts at 10:40 a.m. So students have to arrive by 10:35 a.m.

 

School Uniform:

Nevi blue short/full pant with black belt, White half shirt, Black shoes and Blue tie with school monogram is compulsory. During winter Nevi blue half or full sweater is compulsory.

 

Regarding Leave:

Only after submitting written application by the guardian and after getting permission from the Class teacher/Headmaster may sanction/grant the leave.

If a student remains absent from school at a stretch for one month or so without any intimation his name may be struck out from the register.

 

Regarding Examination:

Examination for all the class i.e from Class V to XII will be held as per instruction given by the Board/Council.

Minimum percentage of attendance for a student is to be maintained as per the instruction given by the Board/Council.

Without Admit card no student will be allowed to appear in the examination.

During examination if any student is found following unlawful means his papers will be cancelled.

During examination if any student become sick he has to apply to the H.M. within three days with relevant Doctor’s certificate. But for the Test Examination of Class X & XII this practice will not be accepted.

For examination each and every student must bring his own pen, pencil, eraser, Geometry box etc.

If situation demands the Authority has the right to change the dates of Examination.
