Rules & Regulations

  1. Students must enter the school premises by 10:40 PM.
  2. If a student needs to leave early the guardian must secure permission of the school authorities.
  3. Absenteeism must be noted in school dairy by the guardian.
  4. A student must not cause damage to school property.
  5. The school can not be held responsible for loss or theft of personal belonging of the students.
  6. Guardians must fix prior appointment with a teacher through a note in the specified section of the school dairy, if they wish to meet the concerned teacher.
  7. Students must participate in all co-curricular activities.
  8. Students are expected to behave in a polite manner with all staff members.
  9. Students failing to secure 75% attendance in an academic session will not be allowed to sit for annual examination.
  10. All the Students must maintain their dress properly while coming to school and these should be neat and clean.
  11. All the students must attend the prayer assembly in scheduled time.
  12. They must sit for in every examination as fixed by the school.
  13. They must not bring mobile phone and I-pad in school.
  14. The boys should cut their hair regularly as directed by the school.

 

Responsibilities of Monitors of the Class

  •    Monitors must maintain the discipline in the classroom.
  •   They must remain in contact with the teachers and the school authority for all round development of the school.
  •   They must write down the problems and progress of the classroom in their diary.
  •  They should take care of the cleanliness of the classroom.
  •  They should collect the home task given by the teachers and submit Them to the teachers.After the evaluation they should return them    to the Students.
  •  The monitors are to select taking the opinions of the students. They must be impartial in their various activities.
  •  They have been calm and quiet and thoughtful. They should not try  to dominate others.
  •  Monitors are to be changed if they fail to do their responsibilities properly.
  •  If any monitor shows poor performance in the study, he may be from his duty.
  • They should not allow more than four students (2 boys & 2 girls) to go out from the class for going to the wash room or any other work.
  • They should not allow any student after first and fifth period to go out from the classroom. Monitors will be rewarded considering their performance.
