Rules & Regulations

Essential for an ideal student :

(1) Regularity and punctuality in work and attendance is important.

(2) Know the time taken to reach school from home, and leave for school accordingly, and arrive at school on time. Between home and school stay safe. On road obey traffic rules. On road keep to the left, and when you arrive at junctions and turns, halt a while and only move forward when the traffic is clear. When your need to cross a road, first look on either side of the road, and only cross when the traffic is clear.

(3) Wear proper uniform and shoes. During rainy season, carry umbrella and/or raincoat. During winter, wear a sweater as recommended by school.

(4) Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness. Hair and nails should be trimmed regularly. Boys trim their hair short, strictly without any spikes. Fashionable hair cut or hair coloring is strictly not allowed for any student.

(5) In case of ailment or sickness, you should not come to school until cured. And if any ailment or sickness arises during school, immediately inform the class teacher, who will then take appropriate measures.

(6) When in school, maintain the school discipline and timings.

(7) While in school, do not run on the corridor. Move in a queue while walking on the corridor and stairs. Separate queues are to be maintained for boys and girls.

(8) Do not talk loudly on the school campus, during class, breaks or between the periods.

(9) Do not use foul language or impolite behavior with your classmates or anybody in the school.

(10) Do not tease other students, call nicknames or pick quarrels with other students.

(11) Do not cause damage to any property of the school including chair, table, desks etc.

(12) At the time of morning assembly, you should maintain silence and height order. During the assembly, you should sing the school song and the national anthem, loudly and clearly.

(13) Do not throw garbage and wastes anywhere in the school campus. Always use the dustbin.

(14) Participate in the curricular and co-curricular activities of the school.

(15) Give proper attention to studies and to the class teacher during class. Always respect the teachers.

(16) Do not go out of the class or visit other classes without the permission of the class teacher.

(17) Do not indulge in any malpractices during examination.
