Rules & Regulations

REQUEST TO THE GUARDIANS :-

1. After every evaluation please sign on the checked answer sheets after having a through possible verification.

2. Please send the students in proper school uniform along with school diary, drinking water, tiffin and books and copies as mentioned in the school daily routine.

3. Please attend parent-teacher meetings.

4. Do not send your ward if fall sick or felt unwell.

5. Please contact school office if you require any certificate with atleast 7 days in advance with required documents.

6. In case you need to contact with the Headmaster please come between 11.30 p.m. to 12 noon or 3.30 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.

 7. Kindly check the school diary of your ward regularly.

N.B:- Students need to bring ID. card and wear school badge regularly.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE STUDENTS:-

  1. Every student must have to present in the School Prayers at 10.35 a.m.
  2. 75% of daily attendance is mandatory for summative examinations.
  3. For promotion to the next higher class results of every evaluation will be considered.
  4. Checked answer scripts should have to return with guardian signature within 3 days.
  5. Duplicate marksheet, ID card and diary’s can be acquired after submission of application and a fee of Rs. 15.00 only.
  6. In case of absence of more than 3 days prior approval from the class teacher is required and if not done student should attend after leave accompanying with the guardian to acquire permission from the class teacher.
  7. Long absence more than three months will attract deletion of name from the class register.
  8. Students will not be permitted to leave school premises after attendance except guardian ask for the same after personally visiting the school.
  9. Every student should bring their tiffin and drinking water.
  10.  School fees should be submitted by the month of January of every year.
  11.  Students will not be permitted to enter into the Institution premises without proper school uniform.
  12.  Cleanliness in the students attending school is expected daily.
  13.  It is expected that the students should not only keep their classrooms but also it is their duty to maintain cleanliness in the entire school compound too.
  14.  Every student have to follow the rules and regulation of the school and behave responsibly.
  15.  School reserves the right to give T.C. to a student who will not follow student like behavior within the school premises.
  16.   contact school office if you require any certificate with at least 7 days in advance with required documents.
  17.  In case of loss of library books from the custody of the students they have to pay the price of the book current value.
  18.  Every student should attend every school programme.
  19.  Bringing ornaments/jewelries etc. and money more than required by the students is prohibited.
  20.  Mobile phones are strictly restricted. Students are not allowed to bring mobile phone with them.
  21.  Students should bring school diary every day with them.
