
Rules and Regulation
Ushagram Boys' High School(H.S) is a Govt Aided Christian Minority Institution runs by the Christian Missonaries under Bengal Regional Conference (Methodist Church in India) . The rules and Regulations of the school is as under.
1. Entry into school premises is not permitted before 10.15 A.M. Late arrival will be permitted between 10.40 A.Mto 10.50 A.M only for three times in a month for both teachers and students.
2. Puntuality and regularity in attendance is very essential. Students who have been absent in the previous day must bring a note of explanation.
3. A minimum of 75% attendance is compulsury to be eligible to appear in the Board Examination or Final Examination.
4.Students must come to school in neatly laundered uniform and polished shoes. The hair should should be trimmed and the nails must be cut regulerly.
5. Students are not allowed to use mobile phones in the school premises without permission.
6. Respects for school property and school belonging is an absolute must.
7. In the event of collective damage to school property in class room, the entire class will be charged the cost of damage. A vigilant outlook should be maintained towards keeping the surrounding clean. All wastes paper should be picked up and thrown into the dustbin.
8. Students are not allowed to leave the class without class out pass ant without permission of the teachers.
9. A student must speak in decent language all the time. He must ensure that his speech is courteous and polite.
10. Every student is require to carry the school Identity card each day of the school.
11. Students are expected to bring the books according to the time table.
12. While taking the examination every scholar should do with utmost honesty.
13. A students must extent due to courtesy and respect to all members, staff and students.
14. Student must report any incident bullying and ragging to the teachers immediately.
15. Smoking arround the campus is strickly prohibited.
16. Parents are requested to visit the school on every parents teachers meeting.
17. Half days and short leaves are not granted to students.
