Academic Calendar

Each academic session runs from January to December. The following activities are done throughout the year. 

• BOOK DISTRIBUTION: The book distribution to the students is done on 2nd January of every year. 
• EVALUATION: As per CCE process the evaluation of the students is done in two ways -FORMATIVE & SUMMATIVE.

FORMATIVE EVALUATION:Formative evaluation is conducted throughout the year. The goal is to monitor students learning during the period of instruction. 

FORMATIVE I: JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH, APRIL. 

FORMATIVE II: MAY, JUNE, JULY, AUGUST. 

FORMATIVE III: SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER, NOVEMBER, DECEMBER.

SUMMATIVE EVALUATION: Summative evaluation evaluates the students development and learning at the end of an instructional unit by comparing it against some standard. 

SUMMATIVE I: First week of APRIL 

SUMMATIVE II: First week of AUGUST 

SUMMATIVE III: First week of DECEMBER 

• RESULTS: On the end of each summative evaluation the marksheets are given to the students. The marksheets contain both the record of formative and summative evaluation with marks and grade obyained.
