To take admission in Class (V) to (IX) and Class (XI) below mentioned documents are necesssory to poduce in original and submit a copy of xerox (each) with the filled admission form.

1. Marksheet for Last Examination Passed.

2. Transfer Certificate from Last School Attended

3. Birth Certificate.

4. ADHAAR Card.

5. Bank Account Number (Photo Copy of Address Sheet).

6. Caste Certificate (If Available).

7. Three (3) Copy Coloured Passport Size Photo &
