Admission guideline for Class V-IX (Session 2022)
1) ONLINE Admission to Class V-IX From 02.12.2021-20.12.2021 (As per Intake Capacity). Admission procedure to be followed as per G.O Vide Memo No- 525-SE(EE)/1OM-186/2010 Date: 25.11.2020. [Click on the G.O to see.]
2) Date of Submission of Hard Copy to school within ►02.12.2021 - 20.12.2021 (From 11.30 am- 2.00 pm) Xerox Copies of all documents to be submitted at the time of submission of Hard Copy.Publication of List of Eligible students:►22.12.2021 at 3 pm.Date of Physical Admission ►24.12.2021 (From 11.30 am- 2.00 pm)
3) Admission Fees for Class V-IX Rs 240.[Vide G.O-187-SE(Law)/S/1A-01/09 Date-14.02.2011 & 575-SE(EE)/2P-5/2013 Date-21.7.2013
4) Fees to paid through Off Line/Online Mode (Through SBI Collect).For details contact school office.Fees once paid will not be refunded.However,if there is any excess payment for any reason whatsoever,the student may file his/her claim.
5) Decision of the School Authority shall be final in connection with the Admission & other matters.
6) Any other info regarding Admission Contact- 9830588082 (H.M)
7) Admission to be cancelled if any wrong information is found. All fields are to be filled in properly.IncompleteRegistration Form to be cancelled without any intimation to the concerned applicant.
8) Proper School Code & School Uniform Code to be maintained.No other dress to be added with school uniform.Sample school uniform to be available in school.
9) 80% class attendance is compulsory. And participation in School Based Activities is Mandatory.
10) Taking of MDM, WIFS, Albendazole, etc. is Mandatory.
11) School related all types of fees to be paid at the beginning of the session.
12) Student(s) will have to compensate the damage or destruction,if it is done by the student(s).
13) In case of Registration in CLASS IX (W.B.B.S.E) lesser age shall not considered.
14) All documents in Original to be produced at the time of admission.Original School Leaving Certificate and Health Card (both from previous
school) to be submitted and Xerox copies of Mark sheet/Certificate,Birth Certificate, Caste Certificate,Aadhaar Card,
Blood Report,Bank Pass Book,etc. to be attached with Registration/Admission form.
15) Attendance in Guardian Meeting is Compulsory.
16) Class promotion to be regulated as per G.O Vide Memo No- 812-SE/RTE-147/2017 Date: 01.11.2019

General Instructions for Students for Admission to Class XI (Session 2022-23) :-
1) ONLINE Admission to Class XI From 03.6.2022-10.6.2022 (Android Mobile may be used.►Here is the Link)
2) Date of Submission of Hard Copy to school:10.6.2022 (Within 11.30 Pm).Xerox Copies of all documents to be submitted at the time of submission of Hard Copy.Publication of List of Eligible students:10.6.2022 at 1.30 Pm (As per Intake Capacity) in school Webpage.Date of Physical Admission:.TO BE INFORMED LATER..
3) Forms submitted after the last date of submission will not be entertained.
4) Admission Fees for Class XI Rs 600.00. For Lab Based Subject: Rs 650.00
5) Fees once paid will not be refunded. However,if there is any excess payment for any reason whatsoever, the student may file his/her claim. Students having Geography (GEGR) & Physical Education (PHED) have to borne the expenses for their own in c/w the Excursion/Nature Camp

15) Attendance in Guardian Meeting is Compulsory.
16) Unsuccessful students not to be promoted to next Class.
