Admission guideline for Class V-IX  (Session 2020)

 

    1) Registration form fill in for Admission to Class V-IX From 28.11.2019 -24.12.2020 (Through School) Xerox Copies of all documents to be submitted at the time of Registration for admission. Admission procedure to be followed as per G.O Vide Memo No-879-SE(EE)/1OM-186/2010     Date: 22.11.2019

 

2) Date of Admission (As per  Intake Capacity)-02.01.2020 (From 11.30 a.m)

 

3) Admission Fees for Class V-VIII : Rs 240 & for Class IX : Rs 280 [Vide G.O-187-SE(Law)/S/1A-01/09 Date-14.02.2011  & 575-SE(EE)/2P-5/2013 Date-21.7.2013

 

4) Decision of the School Authority shall be final in connection with the Admission & other matters.

6) Admission to be cancelled if any wrong information is found. All fields are to be filled in properly. Incomplete Registration Form to be cancelled without any intimation to the concerned applicant.

 

7) All documents in Original to be produced at the time of admission. Original School Leaving Certificate and Health Card (both from previous school) to be submitted and Xerox copies of Mark sheet/Certificate,Birth Certificate, Caste Certificate,Aadhaar Card, Blood Report,Bank Pass Book,etc. to be attached with Registration form.
