Admissions

1. Fill up the form and paste the colour photograph over the filled form

2. Please bring the exact amount of admission fee as we can not return the change amount due to this Covid -19 situation

3. Please bring two Xerox copies and the original copy of Marksheet, Admit, Registration Number, Aadhar card, SC/ST certificate (if applicable), and physically handicapped certificate (if applicable)

4. The phone number and what's app number of the student and the guardian has to be annotated in the form as currently the class will be conducted through online. It is also noted that any change of phone number is required to be informed to the school immediately.

5. Please furnish following information in a white sheet along with the form :-

 (a) Name of the student

(b) Corresponding Address

(c) Post Office

(d) Police station

(e) Blood group

(f) BPL/APL status

(g) Kanyashree ID No

(h) Bank account number

You have to submit the Xerox copy of first page of Bank pass book. Also each document has to be signed by the student

6. The subject combination should not be written in the form. The guardian has to write the subject combination in a separate paper.

7. The guardians are requested to come with mask and be in time so that social distance is maintained.

8. If there is a lockdown on any of the date on 03, 04 and 05 August 2020 then the guardians are requested to come on 07th August 2020 between 11:30 hrs to 13:30 hrs (only for school students)

For outsiders the timing will be between 11:30 to 13:30 on 12th and 13th August 2020

If any lockdown happend in the day of admission then the outsiders can come on 17th August between 11:30 to 13:30 hrs .
