Rules & Regulations

 

ATTENDANCE-  Each student must enter the school campus by 10:35 hours. Attending morning assembly at 10:40 hours is mandatory. Prayer must be sung unanimously in correct pronunciation. 

 Teaching- learning process begins at 10:50 hours. The school winds up at 16:30 hours.

 

UNIFORM-  1) V to VIII- Collared white  blouse, red skirt, red belt.

                      2) Red and white checked  kameez with white salwar  and white dupatta.  School badge is compulsory for all.

                     3) Wearing cosmetics , expensive jewellery is strictly prohibited. 

                     4) Hair must be tied neatly,with red ribbon.

                     5) Bringing cell phones or any  other electronic gadget in  school is strictly prohibited. 

                     6) Students must always come   to school  in uniform. 

 

EXAMINATION AND ATTENDANCE- 75% attendance in an academic year is compulsory for being eligible to appear in  school examinations.

- Resorting to unfair means during examination will lead to the cancellation of the examination for the student doing so.

- For classes IX to XII examination regulation of the Board and Council will prevail.

CLASSROOM  REGULATIONS- Loitering in the corridor during teaching learning hours is strictly prohibited.

-  Littering in the school campus is strictly prohibited.

- No student should leave the classroom without the permission of the concerned teacher.

LIBRARY- Exchanging books in library will be conducted as per class routine.

LATE ATTENDANCE OR ABSENCE- If a student attends school late for more than 3 days in a week, she will have to bring her guardian's written explanation  for such late attendance.

Absence for more than three consecutive days in a week will require a guardian's letter of explanation and physician's certificate.

If any student needs to depart early from school due to any emergency, her guardian must be present in school to furnish a written explanation for such early departure. No student will be allowed to leave early from school, under any circumstances, without her guardian.

CO- CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES- Every student must actively participate in sports and cultural programmes, seminars organized in school.

REQUEST FOR GUARDIANS-  All guardians are requested to see to it that their child abides by the regulations of the school.

- Guardians are requested to attend parents' - teachers ' meeting held frequently in school  to remain apprised of their child's progress in class.

- Guardians are requested to meet HM or any other teacher for any query, with prior appointment .
