         Teaching is a nobel profession. It was my dream to be a part of an educational institution. I get the opportunity through W.B.R,S.S.C(E.R) as an A.T in social sc. group to nourish the souls of children for lifetime .I feel that one of the major satisfactiond of being a teacher is to enrich a student's life. I chose Kadamdanga jr. high School in counselling. I joined this institution on 17th August ,2010 with many expectations, zeal and dedications. But then there was no specific institution named kadamdanga jr. high school. Actually it was just as a new born baby which was attatched to Kadamdanga part Jr. Basic School. I have been taking the school's responsibility as a T.I.C from my joining date . It was totally unimaginable to me to be a part of whole administration of a institrution.

      Education is the basic pillar of success. Education is not just aprocess of giving knowledge for future job but a lifelong process which creates an understanding of moral and ethical values to guide one's life and make our students the future hope of the country.I strongly believe that education is a collaborative effort that involves professional administrators , committed teachers and motivated students. we all dedicate ourselves to creat a dynamic education programme.

      Kadamdanga Jr. High. School is a proud mission driven community providing a sound education . Our institution was established in 2010to provide a common curricular.It offers an education designed to stimulate the learners' intellectual potential in every aspect such as scholastic and non-scholastic field.

     I feel very honored to talk about my school. Every school is special in its own way and  the same is with my school as well. It is a place where children from different backgrounds come together with the purpose to learn. Schools are a place where students learn new things and grow everyday. Infact it is so hard to imagine a World without schools. My school has beautiful building .It consists of around five classrooms, large play ground ,library,kitchen -shed,toilets for bopys ans girls .Students also participate in curricular and extra curricular activities of the school. In sports period students play different games like cricket, football, badminton etc. My school pays more emphasis on sports of the childrenfor their fitness and good health. 

   My school is my pride and I feel happy being teaching here. Our moto is to make the students at first perfect human being and to enablethem to stand by their own legs with full efforts, enthusiastics, co- operationand kind consideration.
