Rules & Regulations

The school's approach towards discipline is for every student to acquire self-discipline and to be responsible conduct so as to contribute to the overall well-being of all in the school.       

1.Students are to be respectful in attitude and manner to people and property. Students must respect and obey their teachers.

2.Students must be punctual for school, assemblies and all national and cultural events. 

3.All students must sing the national anthem with pride and respect . A respectful silence and and orderliness must be maintained during daily assembly. 

4.Students are to attend all academic programmes and co-curricular activities,school functions and other school related programmes. 

5.Attendance in this institution is compulsory. Absence from school must be supported by medical certificate.

6.Students may leave for travel only during school announced or official holidays.

7.Permission to  leave early may be granted for special cases. 

8. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness at all time on the school premises.  Keep the classrooms neat and clean at all times. Students are not allowed to enter the classrooms wearing shoes. 

9.Students must wear the prescribed school Uniforms. Any modification is strictly not allowed. The shirt must be fully buttoned. 

10.All students must be punctual for lessons. Attendance will be taken taken before the starting of each period. 

11.Students must not to leave the classrooms without permission by teachers. Consumption of food are strictly not allowed in classrooms.

12.Students are responsible for their own personal property .

13.Physical  behaviour between students will not be tolerated. Running,playing and shouting in the classrooms and corridors during study hours is forbidden.

14.School  books and copies must be labbled and neatly maintained throughout the academic year.  Books and copies must be brought according to the Everyday's timetable  without fail.  Students without school diary are not allowed.   

15.Hair must be kept neat and tidy .Fancy  hair styles and coloured hair are strictly not allowed for all students. Female students' long hair must be tied up with simple black / white /blue ribbons and hair-bands. No rings,wristbands,necklaces and coloured nail polish are allowed. Nails must be kept clean and short.

16.A child cabinet is set up to provide students the opportunity to develop their leadership potential and to promote a sense of responsibility among students by encouraging them to serve their classmates as well as the school.  This is one of the platforms for the students to exercise leadership in a safe environment.
