It is a great responsibility to a Head Mistress of our Panihati Balika Vidyalaya (Primary Section) under Khardah South Circle of North 24 Parganas to keep up the everyday development of the students as well as the learning procedure as per CCE module which are being provided something differently by our experienced teachers. 

Mid day meal programme, Observe days, Annual Sports, Saraswati Puja are being observed with the help of our all teachers. We always try to maintain to students-teachers-guardians co-ordination through Teacher-Guardian meetings and student cabinet. 

In the verge of my service I wish every success to this institution as before.  Finally I would like to acknowledge my gratitude to all of my colleagues of Panihati Balika Vidyalaya(Primary Section).

One of the biggest concerns of the school headmistress are school administrative duties. She is responsible for day to day operations of school.She is also responsible for building  and fostering relationships within the school. She communicates clearly and effectively with school staff, students, vendors and parents. Fostering positive relationships with staff, students and parents helps the headmistress gain respect necessary to keep a school running. She also able the better handle problems when  arise because people know the headmistress has the best interest of the school and students.
