SCHOOL HISTORY

Anandanagar Ramanath High School (H.S) is a Bengali medium co- educational higher secondary school. It was established in  1929,thanks to noble endeavours of some local persons interested in education with sole objectives of blossoming out the potentialities hidden in man.The school was recognised as Anandanagar Junior High School in 1958  and as Anandanagar  High School in 1967.Later the school was renamed Anandanagar Ramanath High School. It was upgraded to higher secondary school in 2011.It currently provides education from class V to XII , runs Arts and Science streams in higher secondary level.   

This temple of education now boasts of idyllic atmosphere, three imposing buildings, solar electricity,ICT LAB and well-equipped. Science Labs.

A well-furnished Dining Room for Mid Day Meal and a suitable playground are in the offing.
