At first Mr. Manosha Manjhi started a night school in 1996 for aged people in a single room at Joba Attpara,Simulia.Then in 14th May, 1999 Tilka Manjhi Adibasi FP School was estublished with help of him at that single room.The school was affiliated by government and was inagurated by Mr Radhashyam Ghosh.Then day  by day the school improved its infrastructure with the help of Headmaster Mr. Radhashyam Ghosh
