This Ward No-9 has a Managing Committee to operate and monitor the day by day administrative and educatiional activities of the school. Total Four Primary Schools and one Higher Secondary school has cocsist of the Committee.Tilka Manjhi  Adibasi F.P. School,Joba Adibasi F.P. School,Bogra R.C.F.P. School,Chanda Improved F.P School and Bogra VIvekananda Mission High School.The managing committee is called WEHC (Ward Education And Health Committee) consisting of the following members:-

President : Elected member of Ward Councilor.

Secretary : Most of the senior Head Teacher of Ward No-9

Members : All HT/TIC of the schol,ICDS workers of the locality, One Representative from SHG, Field junior Engineer of the Circle, One Special Educators,One Education Interested Person,Sikshabandhu of Vivekananda CRC.

School has also a School Monitoring Committee to operate and monitor the financial activity of school consisting of the following members:-

President : Elected member of Ward Councilor.

Secretary : Head Teacher of school

Members : All guardian from every classes, One ICDS Workar, One SHG Member, Special Educators,Shikshabandhu, One Education Interested Person, Field Junior Engineer of Jamuria-1 circle

Note : Minitoring Committee informs WEHC regarding financial matters twice in a year.
