    I,Sri Radhashyam Ghosh joined as Head Teacher in Tilka Manjhi Adibasi F.P School on 14th May,1999.

 

I joined as the T.I.C. of this school and at that time S.I. of school was Mr. Ramesh Bhuiya .This time the infrastructure of this school was not at all good.The school was started in just a single room.So to give proper infrastructure I took the following steps ......

           Every year Health Check up of the students is done. In our school Eye check up of the students was done from Bahadurpur Health Centre and from AMC at Jamuria Borough-1 ,The health check up of students was done. Besides these on the school gate the following are given...........

2. Smoking Free area declared by a signboard.

 

3. First-Aid-Box is kept in the school.

 

      * There was no provision of Electricity in our school .In 2008 I succeeded to bring Electricity in our school.

 

      

      *In 2012 our school was Awarded the prize  of "NIRMAL VIDYALAY"

      *in 2014 our school was awarded by "SISHU MITRA PURASKAR"

      *In 2015 we got 1st prize in Mid-day-meal in Barddhaman District.

      *In 2018 we got SWACHH VIDYALAYA PURASKAR (1st prize) from E.C.L

      *In 2019 we got JAMINI ROY "Certificate of Appreciation"

      

 

      *  Besides these there are Kitchen Garden, A-PACHANSHIL and Fire-shield in our school.

 

      *   Every year there is a great achievement in sports , In  Zonal sports,Circle sports even in sports at the State ,our school won prizes every year.

 

       * On 2018 Monitoring Committee was made for the students for their Security and safty.
