Notified to the students of Class V - VIII of Meherpur High School that CMDM Food - Suppliments Distribution Programme , 7th Phase shall be commenced on & from 07.10.2020 upto 10.10.2020. Students of the said Classes shall be distributed Rice @2k.g.,Chhola @1 k.g.,Potatoes @1 k.g.,and 1pc of Soap per student. The following food-suppliments shall be distributed to Classes V,VI,VII&VIII respectively on 07.10.2020.,08.10.2020.,09.10.2020.&10.10.2020. from 11:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.Students are further informed that the following CMDM Food - Suppliments shall be distributed to their Guardians only ; no students shall be allowed in the School Premises on the said dates during the Distribution Process.The entire Programme shall be conducted maintaining safety Health Rules as prescribed by the State Govt. during this COVID PANDEMIC Period.Students shall inform their guardians properly so as to smooth conduction of the Distribution Programme.Further to advise that Girl-students of Class VIII who haven't submitted their K-1 Forms duly filled-in during 6th Phase of Distribution, have to submit the Forms within 10th October. Delay in submitting K-1 Forms may cause serious obstacle to receive Scholarship Money in their Accounts in time.

Notified to the Girl-Students of Class - VII of Meherpur High School of this Academic Session that KANYASHREE ( K-1 ) Forms shall be distributed to them for Seesion 2020 - 2021 on & from 08.09.2020 upto 10.09.2020 . Girl-Students of the said Class, D.O.B. falls within 01.04.2003 -- 31.03.2008, may collect the K-1 Forms on the said dates from School - Office. Underage Girl-students of present Class - VIII of 2019 - 2020 may also collect the said Forms for Session 2020 - 2021.They are advised to collect the Forms & submit it duly filled-in with enclousers ( D.O.B. As directed by the Competent Authority Rice @ 2k.g. , Potatoes & Chhola @ 1 k.g. each and 1 Soap @ Rs. 10.00 only per studentshall be Distributed among Guardians of Classes V - VIII on 08.09.2020 ( Class - V ), 09.09.2020 ( Class - VI ), 10.09.2020 ( Class - VII ) & 13.09.2020 ( Class - VIII ) respectively from 11.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. To Notify further that Guardians of Classes V - X were Distributed Sets of ACTIVITY-TASKs frammed by the School Education Deptt. during the 4th Phase of CMDM Food-Suppliments & IFA Tablets Distribution and were asked to Deposit each accomplished Answerscript stappled together in a bunch to the School's Office during the course of 5th Phase of Distribution. Unfortunately, however, only 70% - 75% of Guardianns have Deposited the same , partially or fully . The rest Guardians have surprisingly kept themselves away from doing so.To note that this ACTIVITY-TASK is absolutely an integral & compulsory determinant in students' C.C.E., i.e. a determinant part of students' Promotion to next Higher Classes in this Academic Session 2020.
