Computer, D.El.Ed., B.P.ED, M.P.Ed and B.ED. qualifications add to their expertise which they periodically update at workshops and seminars conducted by the state Government of West Bengal from time to time. Onda Girls' High School(H.S.)has 19(Nineteen) Permanent teaching posts, 4(four) Para teachers and with one clerk, two Group-D(Peon)staff out of 3 (three) non-teaching staff-members, ICT Instructor, taking care of other. Besides this, there are some contractual staff have been engaged temporarily for school relating Works and services.
