RULES AND REGULATIONS
GENERAL RULES FOR THE STUDENTS
1. Every student from V- XII should be present on the first and last day of the school and after every scheduled long break holiday.
2. Students should attend thier classes in full uniform orelse a fine will be imposed.
3. Everyday the school gate will be closed at 9.30 am and will open only after 10.15 am. No student is allowed to enter the classes after 10.15am.
4. Students are expected to complete their homework before they come to school.
5. Students should maintain discipline and order in the school.
6. Students leave application should be through their diary duly signed by parents/ guardians only.
7. Every leave must be recorded in the diary by the student and checked by their class teacher.
8. It is mandatory to have a ID card for every student.
REGARDING PARENTS
1. Parents/guardians are always welcome to mee the Head of the Institution on any given issue of their ward/wards on any working day between 9.30 am - 11.00 am.
2. It is obligatory for parents/guardians to report to the school whenever called for.
3. Parents/guardians are welcome to visit school whenever a child's academic progress is not satisfactory.
4. Second Summative results are to be handed over to parents/guardians according to the schedule provided by the school.
5. Examinations will be held in summative and formative formats ,thrice a year.
6. It is the duty of parent/guardian to ensure that their children put maximum effort in studies at home.
7. it is notified here that every child of class X,XI and XII should pass pre - selection in iorder to appear for the board examination.
8. Diary has to be signed by the parents/guardians.
9. Half holiday on a school working day is not permissible.
10. Students are strictly prohibited to visit hospital during class hours. For this purpose a leave must be granted.
11. Leave exceeding more than seven days without permission will result in debarment from writing examination.
12. It is expected that every student use ink pen.
