Rules & Regulations

The following rules and regulations are strictly maintained by Minakhan Jatindranath Balika Vidyalaya(H.S)

• All the students have to attend the morning prayer sharp at 10:40 a.m. It is mandatory for all the students to wear the school uniform along with the school badge.
• In case of absence, a student has to submit a proper leave letter signed by their respective guardians. For a leave of more than 3 days, the respective guardians are to come and report the reason of their ward's absence.
• A minimum of 75% attendance is compulsory for every student to sit in any examination held.
• Wearing the identity card is compulsory for every student.
• Students must have their own bank accounts
• The parents are requested to ensure the attendance of their children in school and completion of the homework given to the students.
• Parent-Teacher meetings along with active participation of the Managing Committee  are held twice  a year. All the guardians are expected to sincerely attend the meetings.
• If any guardian is called upon by the School authority ,he/she must report accordingly.
• It is compulsory for the students to keep the classrooms  and school premises  neat and clean.
