Rules & Regulations

  • It is compulsory for students to attend school regularly wearing uniforms, socks, and shoes with specific school identity cards.

  • Every student in the school must be present by 10:35 and The prayer (National Anthem) should be joined at 10:40.

  • If any student is ill, it is the responsibility of the guardian and Without first aid, the school authorities will not be obliged to bear any medical expenses.

  • As per the instructions of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, every student must attend 75% of the school working days. Otherwise, the concerned student will not be allowed to sit for any examination.

  • Students participating in gymnastics classes are required to wear certain clothing. If there is a physical illness, the parent's letter along with the doctor's certificate should be sent to the concerned teacher before class.

  • All students must be present on important school days. It is also compulsory for everyone to participate in the school's annual cultural program and other scheduled events.

  • If you are absent from school for two days in a row, parents will have to bring a letter stating the reason. Otherwise sitting in the classroom will not be allowed.

  • All the examinations of the concerned students will be considered as canceled for resorting to misconduct in any examination of the school. In this case, any statement of the guardian will not be accepted.

  • The presence of parents and guardians in the convened meeting of the school is essential.

  • It is the duty of every student to maintain a clean and orderly environment during school hours. The school authorities will take appropriate action against any student who behaves in a disorderly manner.

  • If any student wants to leave for special reasons, he/she has to bring a letter from the parent. In case of sudden illness at school, leave should be granted to the acting headmaster.

  • All students should be aware of keeping the school clean.

  • It is strictly forbidden for students to move around the school campus with their mobile phones. School authorities will not hesitate to take other drastic measures, including confiscation of mobiles, against students.

  • At the school's annual cultural event, sports competition, Independence Day, Republic Day, Netaji and Rabindra-Nazrul Jayanti celebrations, students should wear clothes and shoes with specific identity cards.
