Rules & Regulations

Rules and Regulations for Students:

1. Students must enter the school in full, neat and clean uniform, punctually and before the assembly otherwise, they may not be permitted to attend the school.

2. They are to conduct themselves in well-disciplined and socially acceptable manners in school, on the way to and from the school, at home as well as in all public places.

3. All students must regularly trim their hair, cut and clean their nails and use neat, clean and well ironed uniforms
4. Students may not go out of classes in between the instruction periods.

5. They are prohibited to leave the school during school hours. They may in emergency cases, leave the school only with due permission form the Head of the institution.

6. Students may not be allowed to sit for examinations if their attendance in school is less than 75%.

7. Any students using unfair means during examinations may be expelled from the school.

8. Progress report may be withheld if all library books are not returned and all school as well as hostel dues are not cleared.

9. Acts against school principles or ideals and willful disobedience to rules and authorities will entail dismissal from the school and hostel. Such students will be required to make good the damage or loss caused to the institution.

10. Students are refrain from keeping costly ornaments, watches, mobile phones, electrical gadgets etc. at school and hostel. School /Hostel authorities will not be responsible for damage or loss of such articles. All must be responsible for safe keeping of their own belongings.

11. Possession/ Use of Tobacco/ Alcohol/ drugs or such addictive substances in school/ hostel is strictly prohibited and will be treated as punishable offence.

12. It is desired that St. Paul’s School Students bring fame and glory to the school, their family and our country through their good behavior, academic excellence and innovative careers.

 

Requests to Guardians:

1. Guardians are to check that boys enter the school in neat and tidy uniforms, punctually.

2. Please read and follow the instructions put upon the notice board, regularly.

3. Use the school diary regularly.

4. Do not enter the school premises or classrooms without prior consent from the Head of the Institution.

5. In case of necessity, please meet the individual teachers after school hours.

6. Please consult with the Head of the institution before availing any long leave.

7. Pay School and Hostel fees as per rules in specified time.

8. School will always cooperate with you in all matters but remember your role in your child’s education is most vital and indispensable.
