i) All the students have to enter the school premises at 10.30 am. They have to keep their school bags in their respective classrooms before the commencement of the prayer at 10.40am and assemble in the hall on the ground floor. ii) In case a student remains absent, the reason behind it has to be recorded in the school diary with a signature of the guardian which has to be counter-signed by the class-teacher. iii) Students cannot leave the school premises before the cessation of the school hours and no request for the same will be entertained. iv) The average attendance per year should be above 80%.
2. EXAMINATIONS:
i) A student will not be allowed to take the examinations if her attendance is irregular. ii) In case of ailment, a letter supported by a doctor's certificate has to be submitted stating the reason of absence. iii) In case a student is suffering from a contagious disease, she will be allowed to take the examination in a separate seating arrangement.
3. COMPUTER TRAINING:
Computer training is compulsory for all the students of Classes V-X. (No fee charged)
4. MEETING GUARDIANS:
Parent-teacher meetings are arranged thrice, every year. Moreover, the guardians can meet the HOI or any AT between 11.00am and 11.30am on weekdays and after 1.30pm on Saturdays.
5. PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND WORK EDUCATION:
Physical education and work Education classes are compulsory for students of Classes V-X. Health and Hygiene lessons and Moral Education trainings are also taken up in these classes.
