Welcome to the Krishnagar Govt. Girls' High School website!

On behalf of staff and students of Krishnagar Govt. Girls’ High School, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our new website, as has been developed by the School Education Dept., Govt. of W.B. The spirit of learning in this school is based on a solid foundation of up-to-date tutoring methodologies with dedicated guidance from teachers, at once incorporating a rich cultural tradition blended with co-curricular activities. Thus we aim to provide our children with a broad, balanced and child centered education.

We encourage all our pupils to develop their individual talents to the full and aspire to excel in all they undertake, whether it is in the classroom, on the sports field or in any magnitude of co-curricular activities which we are able to offer here. We believe strongly in a holistic approach to learning where an equal emphasis and weightage is placed on academics, sports and other co-curricular activities.
