This is to notify that 8th phase distribution of MDM items will be started from 10th November as per the following time table.Parents/guardians (whose ward's is studying in class V-VIII) are requested to come to school with student's identity proof at 11.30 am to collect 2kg rice,1kg chhola,1kg potatoes & 1pc soap of worth Rs.10/.Please keep it in mind that no student will be allowed in schooi right this moment.Please maintain all medical protocol against COVID-19 while coming to school.At the same time 2 sets of school uniform will be handed over to the parents,specially those who have given measurement of dress in last month.

Message to Parents :-

As per the instruction of Hon'ble Chief Minister Govt. of West Bengal through the Education Department, W.B, Chola 1 kg, Soap 1 pc, 2kg Rice & 1kg Potatoes will be given to each guardian whose child is studying in Class V-VIII. Each guardian must appear covering mouth and nose with mask, cloth or hanki or Napkin etc.

Kindly collect the above as per the following date :-

Time :- 11:30 AM to 2 PM (Everyday)

04/09/2020 - Class VI

08/09/2020 - ClassVII

09/09/2020 - Class VIII

10/09/2020 - Left out Parents/Guardians

** Entry of students in shool premises is strictly prohibited.

** Checked / Corrected activity tasks of class V-VIII will also be handed over to the parents during the above period.

Message to Parents:-

1. Parents/guardians whose wards are studying from classes V-VIII, are requested to make a close contact with the school teachers about the distribution date of mid-day meal for the month of September 2020.

2. Parents/guardians of class X students (those who did'nt sign yet) are requested to sign in the checklist and for that purpose they are requested to visit the school office.

Message to the students:-

As you all are aware of the current COVID-19 pandemic situation, thereby the normal classes are not being held. So, you are asked to join the school's online classes and also attend the different study sessions conducted by the Department of School Education, Govt. of W.B, in various TV channels. Also, follow the teachers instruction attentively.
