SCHOOL DISCIPLINE AND CODE OF CONDUCT FOR THE STUDENTS

1. Students must attend the schools properly and regularly with clean and neat school uniform having Identity Cards on their neck. The hair should be trimmed and nails must be cut regularly. Girls with long hair should make plaits. Skirts should be worn knee-length.Each student must attend the prayer assembly in the school. Late comers will not be allowed to attend the school.

2. No student is allowed to leave the school premises earlier than the scheduled leaving hour. Students are also not allowed in moving outside the classroom without proper reason and without the permission from the teacher.

3. Students are expected to bring the books and exercise books according to the Time-Table of the school. A minimum 75% attendance is compulsory to be eligible to appear in the examination.

4. The students are not allowed to receive private tuition from the teachers of our school. The school -management discourage the practice of private tuitions imparted by the teachers of our school. The guardians are requested not to put pressure to our teachers for deliberating private tuition to their children.

5. Students are not allowed to wear watches or ornaments,  and to carry cell phones, I pods, CD, DVD, E-games, pen drives, cameras, music players, crackers, fireworks, inflammable materials, toys, etc. to the school. The students are not also allowed to bring expensive objects to the school. The school authority will not be responsible for any loss or damage of such valuable objects.

6. To keep clean the classrooms, campus and toilets are to be taken as the duties of the students. The students must use the dustbins to throw dust and dirties. Respect for school property and school belongings in an absolute most.

7. The students come with bi-cycle must keep their cycle in the specified space in their own responsibility. They are instructed not to park the cycles in the corridor, ground or any other place except cycle stands. The students must obey the safe-drive safe-life rules during coming from home and going to home by cycle.

8. The students should maintain proper health and hygiene in their student life.  It is compulsory for the students of class V to VIII o take mid-day meal during tiffin break. The students should consume medicine as given and follow the instructions given by the medical team time to time. In any difficulties please inform the headmaster of the school.

9. Keep in mind our school is a tobacco free zone. No student is allowed to smoke or chewing tobacco inside the school campus. We must not forget our oaths taken on the celebration day of anti -tobacco day. Using or keeping mobile phones in the school premises is to be taken as an offence.

10. The students must attend all the observation days held in the school. The list of observation days are given in the academic calendar of our school.

11. Students are required to address their teachers and all other members of non-teaching staff, members of Managing Committee with respect and politeness. A friendly attitude is to be maintained with classmates. Students must not use any abuse or unparliamentarily languages in any time inside or outside the school. All the students are expected to behave in a proper manner, befitting the dignity of the school.

12. The students who have been absent immediately on their return must bring a letter to the headmaster from their guardian mentioning proper reason of absence.

13. Students must not attend school if they fall on infectious diseases. The students afflicted or exposed to such diseases must complete the QUARNTINE PERIOD OF 15 days before rejoining school. They should medical fitness certificate from the physician and handed over the same to the class teacher at the time of rejoining the class.

14.The students must not enter the office, library, laboratories multi-gym or ICT hall without permission or they are asked to do so.

15. The teacher facilitates learning in the classrooms and students follow the instructions. The students  must work hard to build up their career. They must do according to help the prosperity of school in all around.

16. The students must submit documents in due time to receive the facilities from various govt. Schemes like kanyashree,sikshssree, sabujsathi etc.The student who fails to submit the required documents in due course of time will be responsible of any complication in getting the the facilities from the schemes.

17. Students must follow the instructions given in the notifications regarding examination, form fill up etc.

18. All the students and guardians are requested to act in accorded with the enhancement of the reputation of the school.

RULES IN THE LIBRARY

1. All the students are the members of the library. Students are not allowed to use library without library cards.

2. Strict discipline and silence should be observed in the library.

3. Library books should be taken care of and returned on the due date.

4. Marking, underlining, writing, or damaging pages of the books are strictly prohibited.

5. A clearance certificate is to be obtained from the Librarian/Teacher in-charge of library before applying for Transfer Certificate.

RULES FOR THE STUDENTS RESIDE IN SCHOOL HOSTEL.

1. The school has hostel facilities for boys and girls students from SC & St community in some limited seats. There is a very few provision for the hostel to general category boys and girls students with some utmost criteria.

2. The students who are willing to stay in the hostel must submit the application in the prescribed format available in the school office before 1st January each year.

3. The students reside in the hostel abide by some rules and regulations as follows:-

a) Students must keep rooms and campus of the hostel clean and tidy. The toilet should always be kept clean with water before and after using of it. Defacing walls, equipment, furniture etc. is strictly prohibited.

b) Students will take part in the marketing or management of the hostel.

c) The hostel management and staff will not be responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings of the student.

d) During school hours staying or wondering in the hostel campus without specific reason or permission from the management  will not be appreciated.

e) The student must mention date and time in hostel's LEAVE REGISTER at the time of going home from the hostel and they must recorded date and time on reaching the hostel from home in the ATTENDENCE REGISTER. The leaving of hostel in any time will be allowed with permission from the management or with the request of the guardian in physical presence.

f) Students are not allowed to use any electrical and electronic devices inside the hostel premises.

g) Using or keeping mobile phone inside the hostel campus will be treated as an offence.

h) Food will be served only in the designated Dinning Hall and only during specified times.

i)No visitors or guest will be entertained in the hostel without prior permission from the authority.

j) No student is allowed to go outside the hostel room during study hours even not to the rooms of other students.

k) No student inside the hostel is allowed to use bad language, chewing of tobacco, smoking or consuming alchohol.

l) All the hostellers both boys and girls should live in a manner in “Unity in Diversity”
